Tim Murphy - His Knowledge of the Wedgewoods and his Real Estate Experience made a difference. Dave Kube Listed and Sold my condo in the Wedgewoods himself. After a month or so on the market he convinced me that staging might make a difference. He Sold it to a tenant from Building 20 the next month. His knowledge of the Wedgewoods and his years of experience made a difference!
